2024 marks the 35th year of this historic event in beautiful Lancaster County Central Park. Join us on Father's Day, Sunday, June 16th at 9:00 AM. This is the OLDEST trail race in Central Pennsylvania
AWARDS:
- Awards given to overall top male / female runners in each race.
- Random prize drawings for racers will be picked after completion of the races.
REGISTRATION:
5 Mile:
- $30.00 if postmarked on or before 5/24 includes a shirt.
- $30.00 5/24 until 6/14 but no guarantee of shirt.
- $35.00 for race day registration.
10 Mile:
- $35.00 if postmarked on or before 5/24 includes a shirt.
- $35.00 5/24 until 6/14 but no guarantee of shirt.
- $40.00 for race day registration.

RACE DAY:
- Registration: 8:00 - 8:45 AM at pavilion #2
- Start Time: 9:00 AM
- Free parking is available adjacent to the pavilion
- Awards Ceremony and drinks / snacks provided to registered finishers
COURSE:
There are 5 or 10 mile options available. 10 mile runners will run the same 5 mile course twice. 5 mile runners will run the course clockwise, 10 mile runners will run counter clockwise. These challenging courses offer several surfaces; trail, road, covered bridge (optional), river bed and grass. Water stop will be at the mid point near the Covered Bridge. We will have a supported water crossing, so smile, photographers will be on site to capture the moment!
