The Details
On the run, the group breaks up based on pace and spends about two hours on the trails.
Runners and hikers of all abilities are welcome!
Being Prepared
Long trail runs and hikes require preparation, especially for days with extreme weather. For the longer trail runs, be sure to pack the following:
- Water and/or squeeze filter
- Food, ~200 calories per hour
- Sunscreen and sun protection
- Allergy meds (e.g. epi-pen)
- Map and/or phone with downloaded map
